If your home is up for sale. I must know, the location, what city, the zip code and address. How many rooms the home has and if the house has been staged (or set up already to be photographed). Does, the house have any out-buildings, sheds, barns, garages, etc.? Are you listing the house yourself or with a realtor. Or are you a realtor? How many square feet is the house?
If you are selling a car. I will only take the pictures for your ad. You are responsible for placing your own ad once I send you your picture through an attachment by email.
I will take pictures of the exterior, interior and the motor of the car as well as any other extra options the car or truck has that you wish to point out as a selling feature. Of course, each picture is an additional fee.

If you are selling such things as livestock or land, I can photograph that as well. Extra fees will apply for climbing fences and risking getting kicked!!!
However, pets, for sale, are different. I do have to have proof of ownership before taking photos to allow someone to submit my photos to use for placing their pets for sale. Unless, these sittings are for portraits, then there will not be a problem.
